And this is the very reason why business and the human aspect cannot be dissociated : fright, anger, frustration, joy are there to make us remember that even if we would like to ignore them, to hide them, to get rid of them, emotions will ever be there, such as a vulcano, ready to explode.

 This is a fact. Business needs humans and humans need business, that’s a winning-winning relation.

Whatever the organisation, if we want it to be running well and growing well, the individuals inside need to get a real professional well-being. Theygive the best of themselves and even more, as long as they are recognized as humans and not as a «number », an « identifying code », or « wages », « expenses ».

We perfectly know that motivated and involved employees will be more productive and more creative, but to keep in mind,the organisation brings them security, recognition and wages.

Business and humans cannot be dissociated, both notions are unseparable. If by chance they are, then this is a matter of time before something painful occurs, for business or for humans, or for both of them.
